Los Santos Police Department

Privacy

What this site collects, why, where it lives, and how to get it deleted — in plain language.

The short version

This is the department portal for LSPD on the NyxRP FiveM server. It stores duty and department records tied to your Discord account so you can sign in, clock in and out, and be tracked for rank/pay/training — and nothing else. No real names, no emails, no passwords, no ads, no analytics, no selling anything to anyone. You can ask for any of it to be deleted at the bottom of this page.

Who runs it

The site is run by a private member of the community on their own server in Ireland, independent of Discord and the game server. For anything privacy-related, use the deletion form below or message High Command on the NyxRP Discord.

What we collect

  • From Discord when you sign in: your Discord ID, username, server nickname, avatar, and which department roles you hold. That's the whole login — we never see your email or password. Signing in at all requires holding the LSPD membership role.
  • Duty clock: clock-in/out timestamps, folded into a running total each pay period.
  • Payroll: hours worked, rate, and amount owed per pay period once processed, plus who marked it paid. This is in-game currency, not real money.
  • Profile: hire date, latest promotion date, certification notes, Leave of Absence windows, promotion history, and — if you go through training — an FTO sign-off sheet recording who checked off each item and who certified it complete.
  • Callsign: a self-service tag you set, which also gets written into your Discord nickname.
  • A sign-in and action log, kept so High Command can see who accessed the system and what changed.

We deliberately collect nothing else. There are no trackers or analytics — the only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Why we're allowed to

In data-protection terms, the site runs on legitimate interest: it exists to run the department's duty roster and administration, you use it voluntarily as a condition of holding a department role, and it collects the minimum needed to do that.

Where it lives

Everything sits on one privately run server in Ireland. The database accepts connections only from the server itself, and the site is HTTPS-only. There are no file uploads anywhere on this site, so there's nothing stored beyond what's described above.

What gets shared, and with whom

  • Discord, both ways: the site reads your roles at login, and — when High Command promotes/demotes you, sets a discipline flag, or you set a callsign — it writes role and nickname changes back to Discord. That's the extent of it; the bot has no permission to see or post in any channel, and there's no DM or webhook layer.
  • Other department members: the roster and most of a profile are visible to any signed-in officer; viewing someone else's full profile in detail needs Command-level permission or the PDO role.
  • Nobody else. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics companies.

How long we keep it

Duty hours and pay get cleared out of the working log each time payroll is processed, but the total hours and the payroll record itself carry forward. Profile data, promotion history, and FTO records stay until you leave and ask us to clear them, or High Command removes them directly. If you leave the department, your Discord role changes and you may no longer be able to sign in — see the note in the deletion form below for how to reach us in that case.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion — of specific records or everything. Requests are handled within 30 days. Deletion requests go directly and only to High Command: they are not posted to any Discord channel and no one is notified publicly.
